Maples and Calder Dublin is the only law firm to increase its 2009 market share ranking as legal adviser to both domiciled and non-domiciled funds serviced in Ireland. According to Lipper, a subsidiary of Thomson Reuters, Maples and Calder's market share as legal adviser to such funds has grown by 320%, moving the firm from seventh to third place with a market share of 15.6% compared to 3.7% in 2008. Ted Hood, CEO of Source UK, remarked that, "The quality of service which I have experienced from Maples' Irish team has been exceptional notwithstanding their impressive growth".
