Maples and Calder acted as listing agent and Cayman Islands counsel to Marlwood plc on its listing on the Cayman Islands Stock Exchange ("CSX"). This represented the first listing on the CSX by a company incorporated outside of the Cayman Islands that required a secondary market for its listed securities. The listing involved the implementation of novel broker arrangements.  Pam Hulme, Managing Director for the Marlwood Group, remarked that they are "delighted to complete what proved to be a challenging transaction concluded by excellent professionals”.
