Maples Finance in the Cayman Islands is regulated by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority as an unrestricted trust company under the Banks and Trust Companies Law and as an unrestricted licensed mutual fund administrator under the Mutual Funds Law. Our fund administration and accounting division is independently audited and has been issued a SAS 70 Type II report for 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009.
